01. You need to have a website to play. You can not use forums, it must be a website. Try Angelfire, Geocities or Freewebs if you need a place. If you do not understand how to make layouts, you can grab free premade layouts from http://www.simply-serenity.com/.
02. Make sure that you have a working email. If you don't have one, you can not recieve your start pack!
03. Please make sure to have your cards up on your site within a week of getting your starter pack!!!
Note: if you need more time email us at vampirepaladin@gmail.com and ask for more we will be happy to grant a bit more time.
04. Absolutely, positivly NO CHEATING! If the owners even think you are cheating you will be contacted about it. Cheating includes refreshing a prize page or playing a game more than once to try and get a better prize, or haveing two accounts.
05. If you change anything about your information you signed up with, please use the form on the site to let the staff know.
06. Please do not direct link any files!!! It takes up far to much space... if you are found out to be doing this, you will be kicked out of the tcg automatically... so just don't do it.
07. When you trade a card, take it off of your site ASAP!!!
08. Keep a detailed trade log. If you do this then you can not be accused of cheating. It is for your own protection...
DETAILED means "Got _____ from puzzle, Got _____ from scrambled words" Not "Got _______ from games."
09. Make sure to link back to Twilight World on your card page or somewhere on your site, this is very important to us! So please do this we will be looking for this during member checks!
10. Do not play any games untill you are moved from level "0" to level "1". Make sure to email vampirepaladin@gmail.com when you get your cards up.
